Hello all users!

Before starting the EPR system for the first time, it is necessary to know that the equipment must be checked from start to finish, so that when final runs are made there is confidence by the supervisor no damage will be incurred in running the pneumatic system by the following routine test procedures out-line below.

I am not so sure about the marked fragment. In my opinion, it is a little ambiguous.

A) so that on completion of final tests the supervisor may be confident that no damage will be incurred during the operation of the pneumatic system by the following routine test procedures out-line below.

B) so that during final tests the supervisor may be confident that no damage will be incurred during the operation of the pneumatic system by the following routine test procedures out-line below.

What is your opinion?

The question is whether “when” should be understood to mean “after something happens” or “while something happens”.

Do these tests so that after you have done them, you know you can run the machine without causing any damage.

It should be "outlined below."
