This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

Tomorrow I will have my Japanese test. I haven't finished all the mock exercises yet but I don't care now. To relax my mind, I've been playing some Japanese language online games for fun today. After the test, my mum and I will go to a Christmas market. I hope I can get some delicious food.

See above. I'm going to do something I don't normally do (and won't do regularly). I'm going to show you how I would write your piece, but note that I'd only write these full sentences if the piece were to be read by someone else, rather than just for my own diary notes.

I've got my Japanese test tomorrow. I haven't finished all the mock exercises yet but it's too late now! Today, I've just been playing online Japanese language games for fun. After the test, I'm going to a Christmas market with my mum. Hopefully, I'll get some yummy food.

I have a question about the use of “have got”. Is the phrase can be used in both the present tense and the future tense?

Can I use it in the past tense?
“I’ve got a cake from Mary yesterday”
