Although the two families (A)(have always been)involved (B)(in some form of) bickering(C)(since the time) they moved into the neighborhood, there (D)(was no major quarrel) for the past two years.
(E)No error.

I can not find out exactly which part is containg the error. Both B and C seem erroenous to me.

I think it's A. Although the two families had always been involved.....

Let's wait for our nice teachers.

Although the two families have always been involved in some form of bickering since the time they moved into the neighborhood, there was no major quarrel for the past two years.

I've removed your reference points for clarity. The passage seems almost perfect. "Some forms of ..." would be less natural but not wrong. "There has been ..." is probably better than 'There was ..." depending on context. "Since they moved ..." is better than "Since the time they moved ...". "The time" is superfluous.

Ishmam, in this thread I asked you to give the context/source of any text you quote in post #1.

This was appeared in a university admission test of our country.

This [STRIKE]was[/STRIKE] appeared in a university admission test [STRIKE]of our[/STRIKE] in my country.

That's the second time you've quoted from that source but failed to give the source until you were asked. From now on, please include that information in post #1 of a thread.
