Adjective+ adjective+ noun or adverb+ adjective+ noun

What is the difference between these two sentences?

1.Some people believe that hosting major sports tournaments has a profound negative impact on traffic congestion and and crime levels.

2.Some people believe that hosting major sports tournaments has a profoundly negative impact on traffic congestion and and crime levels.

I think both are grammatical, but I don't know which to use ?

Do you see the verb subject disagreement (error) there? If you do, try to fix it.

You've made the same type of mistake in the two sentences above, and you haven't numbered them correctly! ALWAYS go over what you write before you post it (or submit it to the teacher/examiner).

I take it you know the difference between "what" and "which", right?

We can deal with your original question after you've tried to fix the above mistakes.

Thank you. I should have gone over the thread before I submitted it. My apology.i have corrected all mistakes in my first post.

Thank you. I should have gone over the thread before I submitted it. My apologies. space here I have corrected all the mistakes in my first post.
You should re-read all your posts before submitting them. Doing so to post #3 would have given you the opportunity to spot the missing space after a full stop, the failure to capitalise the first person singular pronoun "I", and the missing article.
Also note that I have improved your thread title. Titles should be unique, relevant only to your thread and be made up of at least a good part of a sentence you're asking us to look at.

They differ in meaning. In 1, the adjective profound modifies the noun impact. In 2, the adverb profoundly modifies the adjective negative.

a profound impact = This stresses the intensity of the impact
profoundly negative = This stresses the degree of negativity

Thank you. Both seem applicable. I don't know which fits best.

@AnaEng You still have the same error in both your sentences. Please finish correcting those before we further address any questions.

If you mean in #7, I don't know what the mistake is, sorry.

Read each word carefully in your original post and look for some duplicate words.

Should I say "which to use" instead of "which fits best"?

No, I said to look for duplicated words - words that are repeated within the same sentence.
