As I'm sure you know, Spain is a large country in southern Europe.
 
I know but in passage it must be a bad word. Because she says him you tosser! Spain. Idiotic!

No. "Tosser" is the bad word!!!

She's basically saying "You took me too far. You took me Spain! That was an idiotic idea. Spain is more than a hundred miles away and that is too far for a first trip!"

When making an exclamation, we sometimes remove many parts of the sentence:

"You won't believe what he bought me for my birthday. DIAMONDS!!!! Amazing!"

Obviously "Diamonds" isn't a whole sentence, and it should be "He bought me diamonds" but the rest of the sentence isn't necessary because it immediately follows a statement which makes it clear what "Diamonds" refers to.
