All are adjectives, derived from the mass noun ‘sport’ and all can be used with clothes. In BrE, all kinds of sporting activities are commonly denoted by "sport", while in AmE "sports" is more used. I do not feel there is any difference in meaning among the four adjectives.

To me, 'sporty' means 'good at sports' and not 'for the purpose', so it doesn't fit. I would use sports, which is used in British English.
