Hi,

Below are sentences I constructed myself. Can please help to check if they are acceptable.

1. The company has revamped its employees' benefits policies, come with it are higher medical allowance and longer leave duration.

2. The company has plan to review its organisational structure, along with it there will also be review of employees benefits policy (or policies?).

I would write them as follows:

1. The company has revamped its employee benefit policies, which come with higher medical allowance and longer leave duration.

2. The company has plans to review its organisational structure, which include a review of the employee benefit policies.
