[Grammar] Strange for me & Strange to me

Hi, can anyone tell me what the difference is in these two sentences?

It’s not strange for me that he would come late.
It’s not strange to me that he would come late.

Thanks!
 
They mean the same thing. The second sentence is a bit more natural.
