Between the following pairs of sentences, only A's are correct? Both A's and B's are correct? Or A's are more idiomatic than B's? Thank you so much.

A. She struck him across the face.
B. She struck his face.

A. She hit him on the head.
B. She hit his head.

A. He kissed me on the right cheek.
B. He kissed my right cheek.:-D

Both A's and B's are all correct, and the A's are generally more idiomatic than the B's.
