[General] Summary - useful vocabulary

I have to write my first summary. Can anyone give me some useful vocabulary that should be used in it?

A summary is 'a short account of something that gives only the most important information and not all of the details." (Macmillan Dictionary) The vocabulary you use will depend entirely on the the topic or article that you are summarizing.
