Consider these sentences of mine, please:

(1) Susan will marry the man who buys her a Ferrari.
(2) Susan will marry the man who will buy her a Ferrari.

What is the difference between the two?

Can I say that sentence (1) means first the man will buy Susan the Ferrari and then she will marry him, while sentence (2) suggests first they will get married and then he will buy her the Ferrari?

1. He buys her a Ferrari and then they get married.

2. He promises to buy her a Ferrari. Whether she ever gets it is less certain.
