Hi.

Jeff is an old friend of our English club and he comes every week. This week, today, he couldn't make it because he caught a cold. Then he told us online. I said "Take good care of yourself" to him.

I wonder if this is natural. I also wonder if there's a better alternative.

You could also say ‘I hope you feel better soon’, but it’s not necessarily better.

Note my changes above.

Try to ask an actual question in your posts instead of using "I wonder ...". The final two sentences would have been better worded as:

Is it natural? Is there a better alternative?
