what it means?

[STRIKE]what it means?[/STRIKE] What does "take them a meal" mean?

As usual, context would be helpful but in its simplest form, if the sentence consisted of just those words it would be an instruction or an order to someone to take food to some other people.

- There are four people in that room.
- Yes, I know.
- I want you to do something.
- What do you want me to do?
- I want you to take them some food.
- I don't want to do that.
- I don't care what you want. Take them a meal.
