In the movie (Chalrotte's Web), the liitle spiders were flying adn when the pig asks them where are they going, they said:

"We are setting forth. We take to the breeze, we go as we please"

what is the meaning of "take to the breeze"?

It means that you are carefree, you have no set plan, you'll just wander aimlessly, going wherever the mood strikes.

Picture a feather in the palm of your hand. Then picture blowing the feather off of your hand and letting the breeze carry it in some random direction. :)
