Thomas and I are friends and we both go to the mountains in summer. A few weeks ago, he told me he would go there and wanted to meet me there. Last night I asked him when and he said he and his wife haven't decided yet but they would surely go there. I then said to him:

Take your time and don't forget to let me know you decide when to go there.

I don't think it's natural. Could you please help me with a natural version,.

My friend Thomas and I both have/take a summer holiday in the mountains every year.
A few weeks ago, he told me he would go there and wanted to meet me there.
This year, he'd like to meet up while we're both there.
Last night I asked him when and he said he and his wife haven't decided yet but they would surely go there.

I then said to him: Take your time and don't forget to let me know you decide when to go there.
There's no rush. Just let me know when you've decided.

See above for how I'd word each section.

I've written down all your suggestions since I asked the first question here. Much appreciated!

That's not grammatical. Hint: one word is in the wrong place.
Yes, I know that. And I think a better version (may not be natural) could be:

Take your time and don't forget to let me know when you will go there.

I don't understand why you do that! I asked you to move one word, not to reword the sentence.

Above is your original attempt.
Take your time and don't forget to let me know you decide to go there.
You've simply removed a word! You had all the words you needed in your first attempt but, as you've been told twice, you needed to move (not remove) a word. Your finished complete sentence should still contain sixteen words.
Try again!
