A good teacher is one, who moves ahead taking along all the students together at the same time bearing this in mind that no needy student is left behind.

Is this sentence correct?

If you omit the comma and the "this", and substitute "should be" for the final "is" it would be correct, but still far from ideal. Better to break it into two or three shorter sentences.

Couldn't you just say together instead of together at the same time? It wouldn't be easy to take them together at different times- it doesn't add much IMO.

First, there should not be a comma after "one". Second the sentence is very wordy. I would simplify the sentence as: "A good teacher is one who moves ahead taking along all the students, so that no needy student is left behind."
