Is this sentence grammatically correct?

My evening reading test result was the following: 23/30.

I suppose. However, try: "My test score was 23/30."

What do you mean by "evening reading"? Those words make me think of a medical test, where you might have to take readings (temperature/blood sugar/blood pressure) at different times of the day. But your reference to "23/30" sounds like you're talking of a test of your abilities in some field.

Or do you mean it was a test of your reading skills that you took in the evening?

If you tell us the context we should be able to give you a more accurate answer.

Yes, that's exactly what I mean.

It was an English reading test that I took yesterday. In this case, can you use "result" and "score" interchangeably?
