I am tyring to write a letter to accmodation officer at college by saying thank you for ther efrort, but I am not sure how to express then naturally. can you help me? THe folloiwngs are my suggestions.
1. First, I would like to thank you for your service of accomodation and facilities.
2. First, I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made to provide us quality accommodation and facilities.
3. First, I woule like to thank you for providing us quality service for our safe and convenient living in the domitory.
4. First, I would like to thank you for your efforts you have been making for the betterment of student dormitories and residences
