I'd like to know from nativespeakers if it is possible to say "thank to you" instead of "thank you"

No, it's not.
 
:up: Also, on a related point, it's 'Thank God' rather than 'Thanks God', which I often hear. However - and this is why the point's related - there is the expression 'Thanks be to God'. ('Thanks to <noun>, means something else, and 'God' doesn't fit, except in atheistic jokes).
