Thanks and Regards

Hi Teachers,

When writing email, I usually use "Thanks and Regards," as the greeting words because I want to say thank you and regards together. But I saw many others use "Regards," or "Best Regards,".

Is it "completely" correct if using "Thanks and Regards,"?

It's fine as long as you have something to thank your correspondent for.
 
And if you're going to use both as you did in your example, there is no reason to capitalise "regards". You would end with "Thanks and regards,".
