Thanks for the revised offer. As discussed the other day, approx. 25% of my CTC is in the form of retention pay apart from PLR and quarterly pay. As a result my in hand salary is much lesser than my present in hand salary.

Keeping above in mind, I request you to consider the below:

• Structure the CTC in such a way that my in hand salary is Rs. 70,000
• Total CTC excluding mobile and data card is Rs. 1,00,000.

Please take the above in consideration, if possible and let me know if you agree to my above expectations.

Are these sentences OK? Is there any better way to convey the above?
