Both of these are grammatically correct:

On April 11, 2026, 92-year-old legendary playback vocalist Asha Bhosle was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital.

On April 11, 2026, the 92-year-old legendary playback vocalist Asha Bhosle was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital.

We don't put an article directly before a name.
