The book that has been read

Can i use the word "read" as an adjective?

For example:
The read book was interesting (reffering to a book that has been read by me).
 
It's uncommon to use it that way; but it's grammatically correct. We'd probably say, "The book I read was interesting."
We would also not say, "The watched film was exciting" or "The listened to music was enchanting."
 
I would not use that construction.
