Hello, is this sentence grammatically correct? Thank you!
The most probable diagnosis was that of a blastoma or a elastoma or both of them.

Yes, it is grammatically correct. It could be improved by omitting unnecessary words. The most likely diagnosis was a blastoma, an elastoma, or both.

Hello. Is [STRIKE]this[/STRIKE] the following sentence grammatically correct?

[STRIKE]Thank you![/STRIKE] Unnecessary.

The most probable diagnosis was [STRIKE]that of[/STRIKE] a blastoma, [STRIKE]or[/STRIKE] an elastoma or both. [STRIKE]of them.[/STRIKE]

Please note my corrections above.

Edit: I've made exactly the same suggested changes to your main sentence as probus. Always try to say what you need to say with as few words as possible.

I changed "this" to "the following" in your opening sentence because an argument could be made to say that "this" refers to the sentence in which the word appears. You don't want to know if "Is this sentence grammatically correct?" is grammatically correct. You want to know if the next (following) sentence, starting "The most probable diagnosis" is correct.

Like Probus, I would use most likely diagnosis.
