Hello Teacher, is these sentences correct?

I have arranged for you to meet with Mr. Ling tomorrow at 4 p.m. Mr. Ling said that was the earliest time he could make it as he has to work till 3:30 p.m. that day.
 
Are these sentences correct?

I have arranged for you to meet with Mr. Ling tomorrow at 4 p.m.

This is correct.

Mr. Ling said that was the earliest time he could make it, as he has to work till 3:30 p.m. that day.

Note the added comma and that "that day" is not necessary. You just said "tomorrow" in the previous sentence.
