Please, check one more sentence...
Eg. The economical situation in this country can't afford to finance personal enterprises. We've already got tenth of statements but no one of them have been financed.

Neither sentence makes sense. I can guess what you want to say but, rather than do it for you, I'd prefer you to have a go at rewriting them

A person can afford something, but afford doesn't work with an economic situation.

"We've already got tenth of statements"

I'm afraid I can't even guess what that is supposed to mean What are the 'statements' that you have a tenth of?.

I think the main problem is your choice of words. As 5jj told you, "We've already got tenth of statements but no one of them have been financed" makes no sense.

In " statement " I mean something like an " application ".

I had guessed that. Did you mean "tens of applications" when you wrote "a tenth of statements"?

So,can you write alternative words of "can't afford" and "statement" which can be used in an economic situation?

Yes,I mean "tenth of applications.

I asked if you meant "tens of applications", that would be possible if not very usual. "tenth of applications" doesn't make sense.

I am closing this thread as it's going nowhere.

I knew there was a reason that a Talking Heads song was stuck in my head. ;-)
