Thanks a lot, Jutfrank, for your great help.

I’d like to ask another question. Please read this sentence.

Dont drink and drive.

I wonder if it means don’t drink and drive at the same time or don’t drive after you’ve drunk or can mean both.

It is understood to mean driving after drinking.
It does not make sense to do both simultaneously though it can be argued from the sentence alone.

You could say "don't drive after drinking" but it does not sound as good. A reader is sometimes expected to use some common sense.

Dear teachers, would you please tell me what on earth this sentence means?

Bob didnt break the window and refuse to apologize for it.

That's not something I would ever say.

It means:

Don't drink, and (then) drive.

People can't drink and drive at the same time. That interpretation doesn't make sense.

Hopefully, if you have been drinking you will get somebody else to drive.

People can't drink and drive at the same time.
They certainly can. Some people do it all too often. (Of course, even once is already too often.)

The admonition applies to both possibilities: don't drive either while or after consuming alcohol.

Yes, but you have to be stupid to do that. Those people won't listen to advice of any kind.
