I watched the clip but, I'm sorry, I don't understand what she means.

She is referring to her fellow female Emmy nominees and their "red carpet" appearance - they will all be slender, well-toned and tanned and wear designer gowns and expensive jewelry. They have their hair done by top stylists. She's saying that the other women attending the awards ceremony are already (weeks in advance) dieting and exercising and getting fitted for their gowns so that they'll look amazing on camera, and she feels guilty that she's not making the same preparations and that she won't look as dazzling as the other women.
