Is the "A" sentence reduced to the "B" one correctly?

A : "The London underground is the oldest system, having opened in 1863."

B :"It is the oldest system, since(because) the London underground had opened in 1863."

Nininaz, I have changed your thread title. Please remember that titles should include some/all of the words and phrases you are querying. Each title should be unique to the thread.

Re: Adverbial Reduction

The A sentence is fine. The B sentence is incorrect.
As you know the sentence A is the reduced form of adverb clause . I just want to know what the original sentence was ?How the original sentence was reduced to form the “A” sentence? How the original sentence would be like before reducing to the "The London underground is the oldest system, having opened in 1863."?
Thanks.

[STRIKE]As you know,[/STRIKE](Inappropriate. I know nothing of the sort.)

Sentence A is the reduced form of sentence B. I just want to know what the original sentence was. How was it [STRIKE]was[/STRIKE] reduced to the form “A”? [STRIKE]How It would be[/STRIKE] What would it have been like before [STRIKE]reducing[/STRIKE] it was reduced to "A"?
Thanks.

Since sentence B is ungrammatical, it's impossible to reduce it.

I changed it to the following

As you know the sentence
A is the reduced form of adverb clause . I just want to know what the original sentence was ?How the original sentence was reduced to form the “A” sentence? How the original sentence would be like before reducing to the "The London underground is the oldest system, having opened in 1863."?
Thanks.

Re: Adverbial Reduction

I don't know that. Sentence A is a complete sentence in its own right. I don't see it as a reduced form of anything.

AND

"having opened in 1863." is not the reduced form of adverb clause? Isn't it "adverb phrase" instead of 'adverb clause'?

I am trying to googling it . I finally found the following link:
Do the following link answer my question? It is phrase not reduced adverb clause.
http://www.macmillandictionary.com/dictionary/british/having-done-something-having-been

It indicated the order of events as follow:

The construction having + past participle, called the perfect participle is used to show what happens first before something else happens.

"Having taken the town, the troops began looting the shops."

First they took the town, then they started looting.

Also answered here.

Re: Adverbial Reduction

You need to stop starting posts with "As you know". Perhaps you mean "As I understand it ..." or "I think/believe that ...".
