The picture illustrates shows people who are swimming and enjoying the sea view under beach umbrellas beach during daytime on a sunny day. Some are lying in on the sand wearing a swimming suit swimwear. There are hills with trees on either side of the bay and mountain hills.

I've made it grammatically correct and made a couple of changes to make it more natural. Like Tarheel, I'd like to know why you wrote this. If you want to describe the picture in full (for example, you're trying to tell a blind person what's in it), you'd need much more information.
