The principal/Principal of my school is Mr Kwek.

Our students are taught to use capital for 'principal'. Do native speakers also use the capitalised version.

I am not a teacher.

I certainly wouldn't capitalise it.
 
Nor would I in most contexts. He might have a sign on the door of his office saying "Mr Kwek Principal", though.
 
If "principal" is used as part of his name, I would capitalize it. At two o'clock, we will meet with Principal Kwek.
