#1 is grammatically correct but rather odd. It invites someone to read any two pages of the remainder of the book that they have not yet read.

#2 is not correct.

#3 is not correct.

I am not sure what exactly you wanted to say, but here are my guesses:

Please read two more pages of the book.
Please read the remaining two pages of the book.
Please read the rest of those two pages of the book.

Those three have different meanings.

I'd guess it's a typo. Please read the remaining two pages of the book would work IMO.
