[Grammar] There is nothing that she won't do

"There is nothing that she won't do for a tan"

Is the underline clause a relative clause? If it is, can I paraphrase it like this "She won't do nothing for a tan"?; I'm a little confuse because "She will do anything for a tan" makes more sense.
