Hello.

As I was having lunch today, I was listening to TV. I heard a dialogue like this:

There sure was a sexy sas / cas/ in her walk.

I looked up the words "cas" and "sas" in dictionary and it's not there!

Please note that I don't know the name of the TV show to check.

So, what word do you think was used? The pronunciation was "sas".

Could be short for 'sassy' meaning lively, bold. provocative.

Perhaps:

I like the way she moves. There's a sexy sass to her walk. Mm, mm, mm!
:)

The word is "sass". If "cas" existed, it would be pronounced like "kaz".

So, does this make sense?

There was a sexy sass in her walk.

Is it common?
What does it mean?

I don't think it's all that common, but it's easily understood.

What does it mean?

Did you read post #3?

sass
n2

informal : an appealingly exciting, lively, or spirited qualityMick Jagger's recent solo may be high on style and sass, but it's tough to beat Talk Is Cheap for real primitive cool.
(Merriam-Webster)

I think the word is likely to have been "sass", as others have said. In post #1, you said the pronunciation was "sas". Are you aware that the word "sas" (if it existed) would be pronounced "saz"? I'm not sure whether you heard "saz" or "sass".

I'm sure it was sass.
