What is the correct sentence in written English?

As far as I know, we do not usually contract "are" when we use it with "there", especially in written English, so it is always "there are...", although we may do it with "is" to make "there's..."
Please be aware I am not an English teacher, nor a native English speaker.

In written English, we would use the full "There are ...". In spoken English, we regularly contract it to "There're ..."
