I very often hear native speakers use less instead of fewer. I sometimes hear native speakers use little instead of few. I don't think I've heard native speakers use much instead of many.

1) Do you ever hear much instead of many from native speakers?

"There's so much people this year."

2) Do you also hear less instead of fewer more often than little instead of few?

"There's less people than last year." > "There's very little people this year."

2. I don't hear little instead of few at all.
I'm 100% positive I've heard it. Maybe it's a use of little I don't know, and it works in some particular contexts.

I'll come back when I have a specific, linkable example.
