This is an answer I got on another forum. Since it wasn't the topic I decided to open a new post here.
Please let me know if the following sentences are correct.
1) (Someone playing a hip-hop song.) I don't like this type of song. (Since we're talking about one type of song.)
2) A: Do you listen rock and pop songs?
B: I don't like these types of song. (Since we're talking about more than one type.)
If 1 and 2 are correct, I want to know when to say 'these types of songs.'
