Their opinions are out there in public. Maybe that's what the writer means by that, but I'm not sure.
 
@Maybo, you should have quoted the bit before that one too. Otherwise, we have no idea who "they" refers to.
Here is that excerpt:
"It's a story about a man - Luis Rubiales - who appears completely out of touch with reality, a man long followed by acolytes and surrounded by supporters with an apparently identical world view.

But now, this influential group has become a minority".

"exposed" = they have no protection, and the majority public opinion is lashing them.
 
"Their defiance on this issue has left many people credulous, and in Spain they are looking exposed."

Isolated, perhaps. Vulnerable perhaps -- in the sense that they might get fired from their jobs.
