Is it busy with their lives or busy in their lives?

  1. All the family members have gotten busy with their lives.
  2. All the family members have gotten busy in their lives.
  3. All the family members have become busy with their lives.
  4. All the family members have become busy in their lives.

Are they grammatically correct and natural?

Do let me know if you say it in some other way that is more natural.

I don't know, I think they were jobless or unmarried. when one either becomes married or get a job he becomes busy. Anyway, this is how it was written in Urdu and I was searching for the right preposition.
