Hi guys,
Suppose, if we are talking to someone and that person is giving us an important information, but while that person was giving us the information, we didn't listen to him, so what should we say like if I want to say that "I was thinking about some other thing while you were giving me the information", so what is the simple way to say that, I wasn't concentrated at that time. There is 1 more question- when some one calls we ask him "where are you calling from" but if we have called someone then how can we ask that person that where is he/she from, like we can't ask "where are you calling from" because we are the caller, so what phrase should be used for this situation.
