1) wha
t are you thinking of at this very moment OR
2)
what are you thinking about at this very moment

What is better to say:

1) what are you thinking of at this very moment (‘think of’ is a phrasal verb having different applications) OR
2) what are you thinking about at this very moment
. ‘think about’ is common and most appropriate to use here.
