I was introducing an online chatroom to some people new to our chatroom on TikTok. I said something like the following:

This chatroom is 24/7 so come and join us anytime.

Is the italic sentence natural?

I'd say it's open/available/accessible 24/7.

I wonder if the sentence is good now.

I don't think "so come and join us anytime" is good but I'm not sure. Do I also need a comma or something in that sentence?

It doesn't have to be, no. Native speakers use "as is" quite frequently.
