Is it the name of a song or a band? It probably makes no difference as song titles and band names frequently are inexplicable!

I Googled it and discovered that it is the title of a song by Slipknot and the three words from the title don't even appear in the song!

From the utterly depressing content of the rest of the song my best guess would be that the writer was feeling a cold blackness in his heart (he was very depressed) but that is absolutely a guess!

As usual, song lyrics cause English learners no end of problems because, quite frequently, they don't make sense and were never intended to.
