This guy asks for my business card. I say:

No, 'cause it's a Sunday.

VS

No, 'cause it's Sunday.

Are both okay?

What does Sunday have to do with this?

I don't work on Sundays, so, I don't carry business cards.

Then say, "I don't have any business cards with me today/right now." I have business cards in my wallet every day. It never hurts.

I did. But I also, added, 'cause it's a sunday.

Maybe, 'cause I was dressed very casually, so I thought he had noticed that, but he still asked for my business card.

Are both okay?
They are both OK, but, like Mike and me, the guy will think it's a weird reason to leave your business cards at home.
