I knew that before posting the thread. Sorry the question remains as it is. The structure "what you call" should have been "what you are called (as a bunker boy)"?

It makes sense if you add a comma. Louxy is disparagingly calling Trump "Bunker Boy"; he's saying "Hey, coward who hid in the basement! What you've done today, not something your opponent has done, is an example of a 'total failure'!"
