If we say,
"This is movie makes the viewers enjoy.I would undoubtedly recommend it.

Is is grammatically acceptable?

No, it's not. You could say "This is a film/movie that viewers will enjoy. I would recommend seeing it".
 
If we say,
"This [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] movie makes the viewers enjoy. I would undoubtedly recommend it.

Is this grammatically acceptable?
No it isn't. What does the movie make viewers enjoy?
The second sentence is not good either. Change "undoubtedly" to something else - maybe "unhesitatingly" or "certainly"...
