No. "Main Street" is a frequently-used metaphor for "average Americans". Most American cities have a major street called "Main Street". Until they moved to strip developments on the edge of town in the sixties and seventies, everyday businesses like supermarkets, hardware stores, barber shops and drug stores were often found on or near Main Street, so it became associated with common people.

Wall Street = the elite.
Main Street = everyone else.
