Hi guys,

Can we say "Till what date the work is going to be done"?

No. Please explain what you are trying to say.

As you have been told countless times, we invert the subject and the verb in the interrogative. That's if you were trying to construct a question. At the moment, it's not clear what you were trying to do.

If the insurance is saying that they are going to make the payment soon so can we ask them "Could you please tell, till what date the payment is going to be made"?

No. Asking someone "Until what date is the payment going to be made?" doesn't make any sense. "Until when ..." suggests an ongoing action. You don't pay someone constantly over a period of time. Perhaps you mean "When will the payment be made?" or "On what date will the payment be made?"
