How to parse the sentence "Time Delays as Attosecond Probe of Interelectronic Coherence and Entanglement"?

I understand it as "Time Delays as Attosecond - Probe of Interelectronic Coherence and Entanglement". It means to me "Investigation in to Interelectronic Coherence and Entanglement, we find that there are time delays in the formation of the coherence and entanglement, the range of the delays is within attoseconds" (the authors pointed out " on average around 232 attoseconds".)

Well, in this understanding of mine, the original title "Time Delays as Attosecond..." ought to be "Time Delays as Attoseconds..." I am not sure. Because my parsing might not be correct.

It's not a sentence and it doesn't seem to be a complete thought. "As" seems to be the wrong preposition.

But there's nothing wrong with "attosecond probe." They are theorizing about ways to measure on the attosecond scale of time. That is, in a way that allows them to measure down to the attosecond.

"If we do a probe down to the attosecond level of this interelectron behavior, we expect to find a time delay."

Yes, I think post #3 has it right.
