Hi,
Are the sentences below correct, if yes, do they mean the same?

1. Her all effort was in vain.
2. Her all effort was vain.

All of her efforts were in vain.

Hi,
Are the sentences below correct? If yes, do they mean the same?

1. Her all effort was in vain.
2. Her all effort was vain.

Neither sentence is correct. The start should be "All [of] her effort ...". If you mean that there was no meaningful result from her efforts, then it's "... were in vain" ("were" needs to match "efforts"). "Vain" as an adjective has a different meaning. Have you checked it in a dictionary?

I’m sorry I’ve made a mistake in a dictionary was an example:
1. “All her effort was in vain” <- is it ok?

So I understand that correct will be the following sentences, too:
2. All of her efforts were in vain.
3. All of her effort was in vain.
?

All 3 are correct.

No. "Her all efforts" is wrong. It's "All her efforts" or "all of her efforts". "Gone" is unnecessary too. We have given the natural and grammatical way of saying it already.

And I have one more question:

"All our efforts produced no results" <- an example from my dictionary

or "All of our efforts produced no results" will be correct?

And I have one more question:

"All our efforts produced no results" <- an example from my dictionary

or "All of our efforts produced no results" will be correct?

I've read all one more time and I already know now that all the sentences above are correct.

Your dictionary may call these sentences correct, but I don't find them to be natural. I would say:

"None of our efforts produced any results."
